Hi. My name is John Hardwick. My background is engineering, and in the mid 90’s, while working at Hewlett Packard, I was promoted to my first people management role in R&D, and eventually I became a great manager. But to be honest, I was finding it difficult to make a smooth transition into my new role and I wanted to understand why. I also wanted to help other technical people to become effective and confident leaders. I qualified as a coach 15 years ago, and I’d like to help you to be a great leader.
